Bunni's Folks

Bunni’s Mom and Dad
Married November 1952

Mom passed away on May 5th, 2007, bless her little heart, after a long battle with cancer. Small in stature she was a master when it came to cooking and baking things like pies, cakes, tarts and squares, making fudge, cake decorating, and lots of candy making. She enjoyed entertaining family, friends and church missionaries and putting to use her extensive culinary skills. She liked taking care of people, shopping, learning new things on her computer, sewing, crocheting, knitting and doing a number of crafts.

Dad passed away unexpectedly on July 10th, 2008, just one day before his 79th birthday. He enjoyed puttering in his flower beds and mowing the lawn. He even enjoyed shoveling snow from his driveway. He liked No. 99 Carl Edwards (Nascar Racing), doing laundry, puttering in his garage, listening to his old 78rpm records and 33rpm LP’s, and watching Jeopardy. His real passion was family history. He was the family historian and was deeply involved in his family history records. He also liked collecting articles and making scrap books of various events and places from around his old stomping ground, Erin Township in SW Ontario.
